Facilities at the IPC-ICT
Information Processing Center (IPC) provides internet and intranet connectivity to entire ICT through fiber optic backbone with copper to the desktop. IPC houses dedicated servers for catering the different requirements of the institute viz. Siddhi server for intranet connectivity; email facility for providing email access to research, teaching, support staff & students of the institute; Firewall for internet connectivity, E-stores server for procurement, server for DHCP and Centralized Antivirus tools etc. IPC also houses 120 personal computers (95 exclusively used for the undergraduate laboratories and 25 exclusively used for post-graduate/internet access). Computer access to students is by NIS authentication and NFS Home server. IPC also has two laptops and one LCD projector which are available in-house for the entire institute for guest/visiting lectures, seminars, workshops.
Note: All the Postgratude students can have their accounts in IPC for linux based mathematical simulations with a undertaking of their respective research guides.

(All-inOne, i7, 16Gb RAM, 1TB HDD), 25 Computers (All-in-One, i3, 2Gb RAM, 500 GB HDD) in internet access room for all students . All computers are connected to Network having Internet facility.
Servers : Lenovo Servers 3No’s (virtualization of servers with HyperV. Libsys, TallyERP, Ridgeline, ESSL, Solidworks) and DHCP, DNS connected to EMC SAN Box, NFS server.
